Do You Still Have Questions?

 

How long will it take to see results?

Am I too old?

Do I have to workout for an hour a day?

I hate cardio!  Do I have to do cardio?

 

If you care at all about your heart and lungs, if you want to deliver nutrients efficiently to the cells of your body, and you want to feel good, then yes, you have to do cardio.  Now the good news.  The aerobic element is moderate, some might say minimal.  The key lies in efficiency.  You will learn to exercise aerobically, in moderation, just enough to stimulate improvement, and then downtime and recuperation are key.  In the first week the aerobic component is . . . well . . . remember the entire workout is only 20 minutes.  It's brief.

 

Is dieting a key to success with the program?
